Are you ready for some GREAT news?
We know that your jobs are tough, and supplying your students with what they need to be successful should be the least of your worries. We recently received a generous donation from the CAP Agency of TONS of school supplies, and we want YOU to be able to get what you need!
Starting RIGHT NOW through WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, we are opening an online shop where you can check out everything we have to offer and place an “order” for FREE. District Office staff will fulfill your order and send it to you via interoffice mail OR notify you when it’s ready for pickup at Valley Green (you can choose either option at checkout).
Stock your regularly used supplies in your classroom, or if you have a student in need, you can order on their behalf. Just remember: this online store is for ALL SWMetro staff, so only take what you need. Note that all staff have access to the same materials at the same time - this is a first come-first served type of event!
Our store will track the quantities of materials that we have inventoried, so very rarely will you be able to order something that we don’t actually have in stock. We will let you know if we can’t fulfill something you’ve asked for.
Also keep in mind that the product photos in the catalog are stock photos, meaning the items you get will not necessarily match what is pictured. To maintain the element of surprise, we received donations of various brands and types, so you may not know what color folders you are going to get!
This is just like any online shopping experience, minus the cost! We will be releasing a tutorial document soon for folks that like those walk-throughs.
