Natasha Halseth - Director of Human Resources

MEET THE STAFF
I have been working in Human Resource for over 13 years with almost half of that time working in public education. A graduate from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis, I’ve completed my Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Continuously learning and growing within the field, I also obtained my SHRM-CP and PHR certifications and I am currently studying for the SHRM-SCP exam. Additionally, I also teach Canvas Art classes through Community Education for fun, and my favorite to instruct are Paint-Your-Pet.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé Trent and our dog Shelby. We reside in Eagan, MN and during the spring and summer you can find us outside gardening and completing renovation projects. I consider myself an early bird, waking up at 4:30am to work out during the week. I do enjoy trying new workout studios and exercise; from kickboxing, yoga, and HIIT. When I want to relax, I enjoy hanging out with Trent at car shows and cannot wait for this summer to get back out to see friends and family with their classics. With a personal goal of traveling more, I am looking forward to my first international trip next year to Ireland which has been postponed twice.
I am eager to meet everyone and build relationships, partner on projects and initiatives to continue to make this a great place to work.
