The Scott County Community Development Agency (CDA) will accept online applications for the S8 – Housing Choice Voucher program Tuesday February 16, 2021, at 8 a.m. until Monday February 22, 2021, at 11:59 p.m.
HOW TO APPLY:
Applications accepted online only at https://www.waitlistcheck.com/MN3095
Applicants may use any computer, tablet or smart-phone with internet access to apply, including free computer access at public libraries.
The online application portal will be available 24 hours a day on any device with access to the internet. Applications will not be available at the CDA offices. Fax or e-mail requests will not be accepted.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
All eligible applications completed by 11:59 p.m. on Monday February 22, 2021, will be placed on the waiting list by a lottery subject to local admission preferences. 500 applicants will be accepted for the wait list.
Applicants already on waiting lists for other housing programs with the CDA must apply separately for this program and such applicants will not lose their place on other waiting lists when they apply for the project based list. The CDA does not have emergency housing.
