HEAD START
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

A Community Action Partnership (CAP) program designed to work with families with children ages 3 to 5, and encourages parents as their child's first and most important teacher.

This is a free, quality preschool experience and also offers health, nutrition, and social services.






WIC (Women, Infants, & Children)
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Nutrition education program available to women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum, and to families with infants and children under the age of 5.

WIC is a CAP Agenct program and is available to Carver and Scott county residents and New Beginnings students.






RIVER VALLEY NURSING CENTER
Tuesdays, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
No Appointment needed

Serves uninsured and under-insured individuals in Scott and Carver counties. This program connects people to local resources and free or low-cost healthcare services.






HELP ME GROW

A point of contact for anyone with concerns about a young child with developmental delays or risk of delay.

An interagency resource specialist available to provide information and resources to families of young children and the professionals who work with them.

Help Me Grow is a partnership between Carver County Public Health, Central School District 108, Waconia School District 110, Watertown - Mayer School District 111, and statewide Help Me Grow.






MyHealth
1st Thursday of each month, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Provides confidential and no-fee health and mental care for youth ages 12 to 26 in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
