For grades 7-12
Day Treatment program through Carver County Health and Human Services. This program is for adolescents experiencing Mental Health struggles (or challenges) such as (but not limited to) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety Disorder, Depression, or Mood Disorder. Licensed and experienced staff provide mental health services such as individual, group, and family therapy; emotional and social skills training; mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. The program also provides parent support and education. Academic support and instruction as well as parent consultation regarding academics provided by qualified licensed teachers. This is not a dual diagnosis program. Any chemical dependency must be addressed, or have been previously addressed, by outside services. Clients must be able to demonstrate an ability to remain free from physically aggressive behavior. Clients may be living at home or in out-of-home placement. Transportation to the program sites provided by students’ home school district during the academic year.

Short-term, partial hospital program which addresses mental health needs of children and adolescents. Includes integrative medicine services and robust outpatient services. Psychiatry, individual therapy, family therapy, psychological assessment and more offered at this location. PrairieCare works closely with Ridgeview Medical Center, local providers, and school districts.

This is a collaborative effort between Buffalo - Hanover - Montrose Public School District, Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge Residential Treatment Center, and SouthWest Metro High School.
  Licensed treatment, mental health, and counseling services for substance abuse, anger management, and other behavioral issues
•  Onsite education including conventional, online, and project-based learning in a camp environment


Passageways - The Link MN

For ages 13 to 17
An emergency shelter and housing program for youth who have been victims of sex trafficking; hosted by The Link Safe Harbor. Passageways is inclusive of all gender identities and can serve parenting youth with one child. Provies a variety of on-site services specific to sexual exploitation that include case management, mental health therapy, education programming, life skills training, a survivor mentor program, health care services, and positive youth development activities.



CORRECTIONAL



SWMetro offers services at CCJ (Carver County Jail) and JAF (Juvenile Alternative Facility) to assist students during their stay at these locations.
