Who contributes to the SouthWest Metro Educational Foundation?
Most of our fundraising income comes from individuals--working people, students, alumni, parents--who want to help build knowledge, pride and security in the SouthWest Metro community. The balance of our funding is received from business and civic organizations who share that mission, and from the broader foundation community.

SWMetro's approach of collaborative effort and service to community extends the beneficial reach of every dollar. From Adult English Language classes to high school Career & Technology education to Special Education programs and services, SWMetro truly helps individuals in the community to find their direction.

I'm interested in helping in a specific area--can I designate my contributions to the SouthWest Metro Educational Foundation?
We welcome donations earmarked for specific programs or services. This tells us where our efforts are most appreciated, and what aspects of our work are important to the contributor.

Are my SouthWest Metro Educational Foundation contributions tax deductible?
Contributions to a 501(3)(c) not-for-profit organization are generally eligible for deduction under the U.S. Tax Code. Every taxpayer's situation is unique.  Please ask your tax consultant.
