SCHOLARSHIP SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT FORM

SouthWest Metro Educational scholarships are granted to SWMetro program students. Selection is through a scoring matrix (37 Points) with the highest scorers in their qualifying category(ies) receive a scholarship. Considerations include financial need (5 Points), volunteerism (2 Points), proficiency on the written essay (5 Points) and interview (25 Points).
